Influencer: Lead with Influence
Our new Influencer training is a one-day course that teaches a powerful and portable model for executing behavior change within small teams and across entire organizations. Whether you’re managing a team of ten or leading a large organization, Influencer provides the skills you need to change the behavior of others. The course is also highly effective for those without formal authority, as well as emerging leaders.
NOTE: In order to take our new Influencer training, you must have completed Crucial Conversations.
