Current Patients

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine Patients

The date and time of your next TMS or Esketamine treatment will be given to you after your session or a week in advance.  Please contact the PENN Interventional Psychiatry service at 215-746-3452 or via email pennbrainpsychiatry@penmedicine.upenn.edu with questions or to request changes in the schedule. You can also contact your provider via My Penn Medicine.

Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Patients

The date of your next ECT will be indicated in the discharge instructions (printout) given to you after your most recent ECT. For the specific time and to confirm the visit, you will be contacted by the hospital admissions staff the day before your procedure. This call is to be expected between the hours of 4 pm to 7 pm. You can also call Admissions at 215-829-6338 between 4 pm and 7 pm the day before your procedure to find out and confirm your appointment time.

Referrals / New Patients

Please contact Penn Behavioral Health at 215-746-6701 for more information about the services and to schedule an Interventional Psychiatry evaluation (ECT, TMS, or Esketamine).

Dr.Cristancho and the Penn Interventional Psychiatry Network team also evaluate patients for Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for Major Depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Please contact Penn Behavioral Health at 215-746-6701 to schedule an evaluation.
