Immune Profiling

PenNSAM will partner with the Human Immunology Core at Penn for immune profiling analysis as part of ongoing projects.

The HIC has expertise in sample processing, cellular and molecular immunology assays including immunophenotyping (flow cytometry), ELISA and digital ELISA, ELISPOT, luminex assays and NGS-based assays of immune repertoires (B and T cell receptor gene rearrangements). The HIC also has scientific and computational expertise in the analysis of complex immunology data sets. Staff and core-associated faculty will provide input on immunology assay selection, optimization, performance and data analysis.
