Web Hosting and Design
A service that facilitates the rapid deployment of websites that do not require heavily customized designs or features. The service comes with a wide array of prebuilt templates and features to choose from and runs on our supported CMS, MODX.
Used by/Available to
All PSOM groups, departments, etc.
Capacity Assumptions/Restrictions
MODX publishers or site reviewers must be connected to the PMACS VPN via Pulse Secure in order to view/edit the content of their website during the development phase. MODX publishers must also have active PennKeys.
Continuity and Security
Most sites are public; sites or portions of sites can, however, be restricted via PennKey or username/password.

How to Access
For more information please visit the PMACS Web Team's page about our Self-Serve website service. Once a site is set up, access is via the MODX Manager (URL is specific per site).
PMACS provides a number of web development and design services for faculty, staff, and students within the Perelman School of Medicine to support the School's education and research efforts. For more details please consult the PMACS Web Team site
