COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY
If a participant must cancel his/her course registration, refunds are possible if written notification is received by August 1, 2022. Refunds will not be processed after this date. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Please email your cancellation notification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery/Penn Medicine reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement by the OTO-HNS Department, the Department will refund conference registration fees but is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants including cancellation fees assessed by airlines, travel agencies and hotels.
