Exhibit Details

Exhibits will be located in the foyer space adjacent to Regent/St. Mark Foyer in the Inn at Penn where lectures will be held. Only 2 company reps per purchased space.

You may set up September 9th between 6:15 and 6:45 am. Please have one rep check in at the Course Registration Desk on Saturday morning to pick up badges.

Exhibit registration includes:

One (1) six-foot table and two (2) chairs per exhibit space, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.

A LIMITED NUMBER OF EXHIBIT SPACES WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ELECTRIC POWER, AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME BASIS. EXHIBITORS MUST PROVIDE SPECS FOR ANY HEAVY EQUIPMENT REQUIRING PLUG-IN.
