Nathalie Scholler Laboratory


The Scholler lab explores novel therapeutic strategies based on the targeting of functional subsets of tumor-infiltrating immune cells, with a particular interest in B cells and macrophages. To test our approach, we use in vitro and in vivo model systems including trans-well and 3-D cultures, as well as various ovarian cancer models with mice that are immune competent, immunosuppressed, transgenic for oncogenes, or engrafted with fully human immune system, and transplanted with fluorescently-labeled xenogeneic or syngeneic tumors.
