Offline Workstations
Our core's two offline workstations, Alpha and Beta, are both located in room 1118 BRB. Use of the workstations is scheduled through iLab and access to software is controlled by Calpendo Activity Recorder (CAR). If you would like to use one of these computers, please email Andrea Stout for more information.
Workstation Alpha:
- Windows 10 Pro, 256 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForceRTX 2080 graphics card
- Imaris Single Full plus ClearView (includes Filament Tracer, Spot Detection, Imaris Cell, Tracking, Colocalization, and ClearView deconvolution)
- Matlab 2020b
Workstation Beta:
- Windows 10 Pro, 320 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForceRTX 2080 graphics card
- SVI Huygens Professional: deconvolution, tile stitching, advanced visualization for a wide variety of file formats
- Imaris Single Full plus ClearView (includes Filament Tracer, Spot Detection, Imaris Cell, Tracking, Colocalization, and ClearView deconvolution)
- Matlab 2020b
