Description of Research Expertise

230 The Hill Lab investigates how diet and metabolism impact immune health and contribute to inflammatory diseases. Our research focuses on key areas such as food allergies, obesity-associated asthma, and immunometabolism. By integrating clinical epidemiology with mechanistic studies in animal models and patient samples, we aim to uncover the underlying mechanisms that drive immune responses. Our goal is to translate these findings into innovative preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic strategies to improve human health and combat disease.
