Financial Info for New Students
Dear BGS 2021 Matriculant:
Welcome to the University of Pennsylvania's BGS Program. Below are links to important payroll documents in preparation for your arrival on campus. Please review the appropriate link depending on your anticipated start date and pay particular attention to the deadlines. If you miss these deadlines, your first month stipend will not be issued until the last working day of the month after your arrival.
Please populate all forms electronically, review for accuracy, sign and date where necessary, and then send the originals along with copies of the requested IDs. Send all documents via Penn’s Secure Share system, which allows you to send all documents through an encrypted message directly to Tiffany Brooks, Finance & Operations Manager. More information can be found in the FAQs (below).
AUGUST 2021 MATRICULANTS (BGS)
All material due via secure share by Friday July, 16, 2021
US Citizens/Permanent Residents:

- Signed Letter – BGS
- Important Information- Please Review
- Non-US Citizens also include:
- All forms same as above except there is a different Checklist and you also need to complete required information in the Foreign National Information system (FNIS)
- Your Unexpired passport, Visa, I-20, I-94 and Social Security Card (if you have one)
- Review Non-US Payroll Checklist
- All forms same as above except there is a different Checklist and you also need to complete required information in the Foreign National Information system (FNIS)
AUGUST 2021 MATRICULANTS (Combined Degree)
All material due via secure share by Wednesday, July 7, 2021
