Financial Info for New Students
Dear BGS 2022 Matriculant:
Welcome to the University of Pennsylvania's BGS Program. Below are links to important payroll documents in preparation for your arrival on campus. Please review the appropriate link depending on your anticipated start date and pay particular attention to the deadlines. If you miss these deadlines, your first month stipend will not be issued until the last working day of the month after your arrival.
Please populate all forms electronically, review for accuracy, sign and date where necessary, and then send the originals along with copies of the requested IDs. Send all documents via Penn’s Secure Share system, which allows you to send all documents through an encrypted message directly to Jill Baxter, BGS Director of Financial Operations. More information can be found in the FAQs (below).
