1. Develop CAR-T cell therapies for melanoma and other cancers. We engineer human alpha beta and gamma delta T cells with chimeric antigen receptors and use different cytokines to enhance their tumor-homing and killing functions.

2. Develop extracellular vesicle-based therapies for melanoma and other cancers. We engineer extracellular vesicles from natural killer cells and gamma delta T cells to enhance their tumor-homing and killing functions.

3. Develop extracellular vesicle-based biomarkers that may be used to monitor tumor progression and predict the treatment response to checkpoint inhibitors
