Bio statement
Dr. Ha Minh Thuy currently holds the role of Curriculum Development Manager at MD Program VinUniversity College of Health Sciences, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2017. In her tenure, Dr. Ha has made a significant contribution in shaping the curriculum for the Medical Doctor training program. Her multifaceted contributions include needs assessment, competency establishment, curriculum framework creation, and the development of teaching and learning materials. Notably, she is also a team member in laying the groundwork for the strategic partnership between VinUni and the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Recognizing her dedication to advancing medical education, Dr. Ha was awarded a fully funded scholarship for the International Fellowship program at the FAIMER Institute in Philadelphia, USA. This program, supported by the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER), focuses on enhancing health professional education. Building upon this experience, Dr. Ha has successfully pursued a Master's degree in Health Professional Education at Maastricht University, Netherlands, further refining her skills and expertise in educational leadership.
Dr. Ha's commitment to her field extends beyond her professional roles, evident in her active membership in various professional associations such as AMEE (An International Association for Medical Education), TUFH (The Network: Towards Unity for Health), WMIA (The Medical Women’s International Association), International Global Scholar at Penn Medicine and IPE Interprofessional Education- WHO by Gunnam University

Dr. Ha’s scholarly endeavors manifest in publications and presentations at both national and international levels, regarding critical areas in medical education including quality assurance, accreditation, health education systems, and curriculum innovation.
