Bio statement

I have a PhD in digital health. My current research interests are on digital epidemiology and global health security. I am a Fulbright visiting scholar alimni hosted by CHOP for 5 months. As a digital health researcher, my research interests focused on creating evidence and policies to guide the sustainable implementation of digital health in developing countries. Reviewer for the following academic journals; Journal of Medical Internet Research, Digital Health (SAGE journals) AND Frontiers in Digital Health. Former senior lecturer and research fellow, department of Health Information Management, Botho University, Gaborone Botswana. I am currently a lecturer and researcher at the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden in the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management, and Ethics (LIME).

Recent global health projects

I am currently a part of the CHOP Global HEALTH INFORMATICS TEAM. I am also part of team working with I-DAIR (International digital health and AI research collaborative) where the mandate of the working group is to develop a digital health and AI competency framework.  I am a regular reviewer for Journal of Medical Internet Research
