BIO STATEMENT

Dr. Pham is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapists, a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, and an Associate Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, with 8 years of diverse experience. He is dedicated to improving musculoskeletal and chronic pain outcomes through collaborative, evidence-based care. Dr. Pham is recognized for delivering outstanding patient experiences, advancing research, and empowering teams to practice at the top of their license. As a clinician-scholar, he integrates clinical excellence with rigorous inquiry, focusing on advancing medical education through thoughtful curriculum design, mentorship, and reflective practice. His noble purpose is to help others find meaning and healing in their journey.

Recent Global Health Projects

This study analyzes publicly available documents from DPT programs' international service learning initiatives using critical discourse analysis to identify embedded power dynamics and colonial frameworks. Our research team is conducting a documentary analysis of websites, syllabi, and educational materials to reveal how institutional communications may perpetuate medical hegemony in global health education.
