BIO STATEMENT

Dr. Sabahat Fatima completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Indus Hospital & Health Network, Karachi, where she served as Chief Resident and was honored with the Best Graduate Award. As a passionate emergency physician, she focuses on improving the quality of emergency care, trauma care, and emergency medicine capacity building in LMICs. As a Basic Emergency Course Master Trainer (BEC - WHO/ICRC), she has facilitated numerous simulation-based courses in collaboration with UPenn and Emory University faculty. While at Penn as a Summer Visiting Fellow, she gained valuable experience in Implementation Science, further enhancing her expertise in Global Health.
