Overview

Since 2007, the Penn Collaborative has trained, supervised, and developed 22 postdoctoral fellows and pre-licensed professionals, several community mental health clinicians who were so impacted by their training that they elected to join the Penn Collaborative, research assistants building experience to strengthen graduate applications, graduate students searching for opportunities to learn about training, consultation and implementation science research, and undergraduate students seeking experience and mentorship as they start their educational journeys.

Alumni of the Penn Collaborative team have gone on to roles including tenure-track faculty positions (e.g., Stanford University, Penn State University), intermural staff at the National Institute of Mental Health, Director of Research at the National Association for School Psychologists, and Director of Behavioral Science at large medical centers. Others have moved into practice roles in the Veterans Administration, academic medicine clinics, criminal justice settings, public schools and private practice.

Each member of the Penn Collaborative team is provided with supervision and support in achieving their personal and professional goals, regardless of which path that may be.
