For PSOM employees in need of IT support, please place a help ticket at the PMACS Service Desk. The PSOM local support provider for the SPATT depends on the building and floor. When you submit a ticket, you will be contacted by the individual who will assist with your issue.
Computer ordering – A ticket (PMACS Service Desk) should also be submitted when you wish to purchase a computer.  PMAC has a stock of computers and it may also be faster to order via their website
