Risk Language/Clauses

In order to ensure safety and to communicate proper risk/benefit information to subjects who may consent to MRI research within CAMRIS, we require that certain risk information be included in each consent form. Please review this document for the CAMRIS approved clauses as well as key definitions to include in your study Informed Consent Form. This information was updated on 4/21/2023 and is the newest ICF Risk document inclusive of the new Gadolinium retention clause. All new protocols should include this updated verbiage.
