Yu You Jiang, BSc. in Ophthalmic Medical Technology, is a laser ophthalmoscope technician of the Advanced Retinal Imaging team. With her strong interest in retinal diseases, Yu You pursued training in retina related diagnostic procedures. She is a Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT) and a Registered Ophthalmic Ultrasound Biometrist (ROUB) with Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO). Yu You performs adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (AOSLO) imaging, microperimetry and a variety of diagnostic retinal imaging in research participants with inherited retinal diseases and in clinical trial subjects undergoing gene therapy.  Other than her passion for eyes, Yu You is fascinated by the art of French macarons and couture. She enjoys architectural photography, museums and galleries. 


Andrew Huang

Andrew Huang was born in Edison, NJ and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a medical student at the Perelman School of Medicine where he developed a passion for ophthalmology. During his research year, Andrew worked in Dr. Jessica Morgan’s lab using adaptive optics to assess cone structure in choroideremia. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing piano, tennis, and exploring new restaurants.

Diane Lee grew up in Seoul, South Korea, and studied English Literature and biology at Swarthmore College, PA. She currently works as a research assistant using adaptive optics in Dr. Jessica Morgan’s lab. Before joining Dr. Morgan’s group, Diane was a clinical research coordinator for the Primary Open Angle Glaucoma Genetics Study at Scheie Eye Institute under Dr. O' Brien. In her free time, she indulges in good books, good food, and good company.
