Required Learning Courses

All hands-on users must submit the following course completion certificates before being granted access to facility instruments. These courses are available through Workday.

  • Introduction to Laboratory and Biological Safety
  • Electron Microscope Training - Radiation Safety

Biosafety Level

The Beckman Center for Cryo-Electron Microscopy is designated as a BSL-1 facility. If your project requires BSL-2, please contact the CEMAC committee for further discussion.
