Single Particle Analysis (SPA)

Please contact us at cryo-EM@lists.upenn.edu if you have a sample for screening or data collection on the Titan Krios or Glacios 2.

  • We offer 3-4 hour screening sessions. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Typical wait time is 1–2 weeks, but may change depending on demand at a given time. Include a sample submission form along with your request.

  • We offer 12–24 hour sessions for high-resolution data collection of pre-screened grids. Sessions longer than 24 hours may be accommodated based on availability. Include a data collection request form along with your request.

  • Internal users must submit their request only after grids are clipped and dropped off at the Singh Center. External users with facility access are required to follow the same procedure.

  • External Academic: $97.80/hr

  • External Corporate: $120/hr

Staff Time on Microscope
