Match Day 2025

With immense pride and enthusiasm, we congratulate the Perelman School of Medicine Class of 2025, whose members we celebrated on Match Day earlier today.
As we gathered in a ceremony in the Jordan Medical Education Center, we reflected on the dedication, energy, drive, and spirit of this class and toasted the bright future that awaits. This was an exceptional class, with an overall 97% match rate. Twenty-nine percent of the class matched to a Penn program.
These impressive statistics (including some additions in the infographic below) represent years and countless hours of hard work and perseverance from our students, and it also underscores the support from our outstanding faculty and staff who ensure our medical education programs are among the strongest in the country.
We hope you enjoy this video highlighting today’s joyous occasion. We are proud of and grateful for all that our soon-to-be-graduates will contribute to our society and the communities in which they will serve with their knowledge, talents, commitment, and compassion. They provide light and hope for our future.
