Fees and Payment

We are a self-pay practice, insurance is not accepted for our comprehensive consultation service. The cost of the comprehensive consultation onsite assessment evaluation at our center is $2,000.00 we collect a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 upon scheduling the appointment.

The cost of a telehealth comprehensive evaluation is $1,700.00 we collect a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $850.00 upon scheduling the appointment. The remaining balance of the evaluation is due in full on the day of the appointment and insurance will not be billed.
