Have a clinical question? Know of an opportunity to reduce unnecessary variation or make care more evidence-based?

Using this form, you can submit a custom request for (1) a New Evidence Report, (2) a New PennPathway or (3) a PennPathway Update. 

  • Before submitting a new request, please first reference our CEP Report Library or PennPathways Library for previously completed work that may relate to your topic of interest. 
  • At this time we are only accepting new requests from Penn clinicians & staff. If you are external to Penn, you can search our center's completed reports on the INAHTA website and then submit a request for the full text using this request form.
