Diversity and Inclusivity

Biomedical Graduate Studies seeks to draw students from diverse backgrounds, including diversity of work and life experiences, interests, culture, socioeconomic status, race and/or ethnicity, sexual orientation, and disability. The Office of IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Learner) Research provides support for BGS students from a variety of backgrounds and includes pipeline programs at the undergraduate and post-baccalaureate levels for students interested in PhD training.
