About the Program
Perelman School of Medicine's Emerging Leaders program is a multifaceted leadership skills development program created specifically for supervisors, managers, and faculty. The Emerging Leaders program is designed to develop leadership skills and capabilities in anyone who desires to be a leader. The program covers three topics: Team Dynamics, Achieving Results, and Emotional Intelligence. This is the perfect program to complete after, or in tandem with, our Leadership Essentials: Fundamentals certificate program.
Please note, this is a fully self-paced program utilizing LinkedIn Learning courses. Participants may self-register for the program in Workday.
To receive the certificate, participants must complete all 12 courses in the Workday program.

Open to all PSOM staff who aspire to enhance their basic leadership knowledge and skills.
