Internal Medicine Intern Year
Our graduates view themselves as physicians first and radiation oncologists second. We want you to have strong training in the fundamentals of medicine. All Penn radiation oncology residents complete their PGY1 intern year in internal medicine at Penn.
The curriculum includes 33 weeks of inpatient medicine, 14 weeks of elective, and 5 weeks of vacation and holidays.
