The Consciousness Prognostication and Recovery Consortium is a national group of institutions committed to improving the practice of neuroprognostication for patients with disorders of consciousness. The consortium meets to collectively devise strategies for enhancing neuroprognostication, such as by developing specialized services, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, improving access to testing, systematizing data collection and interpretation, providing longitudinal care, bolstering trainee education, and accelerating research.

The Consciousness Prognostication and Recovery Consortium has been endorsed by the Neurocritical Care Society's Curing Coma Campaign, an effort to improve the management of coma.
