Admission Process for Patients

If you are interested in completing an intake for services in our DBT program, please call our schedulers and indicate that you are a new patient looking to join a DBT skills group or comprehensive DBT (see Services). Please confirm your email address with the scheduler when you call.

Admission Process for Clinicians

Clinicians may email our program to provide a direct referral for DBT skills group only or comprehensive DBT. Please provide the full name and DOB of the patient, along with a brief description about your referral.
