Description of Research Expertise

Dr. Rosen has published studies on the effects of lack of sleep on residents’ performances in Annals of Internal Medicine and JAMA. She also is developing novel teaching tools for sleep medicine education using distance learning strategies.

Description of Clinical Expertise

Dr. Rosen's primary clinical interest is sleep disordered breathing in patients with cardiopulmonary disease; she also treats patients with a variety of sleep disorders including circadian rhythm disorders, delayed sleep phase syndrome, idiopathic hypersomnolence, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, and sleep apnea.
