SJOGREN'S DISEASE
- As Director of the Penn Sjogren's Center, I have experience and special interest in caring for patients with Sjogren's Syndrome.
- Board of directors for the Sjogren's Foundation member, 2017-2023.
- Invited expert panel member, Philadelphia Annual Walk for Sjogren's, Sjogren's Foundation, most years since 2013
- Invited Reviewer of ACR Convergence Annual Meeting Sjogren's abstracts by the Sjogren's Foundation, 10/2025

ADOLESCENT AND YOUNG ADULT RHEUMATOLOGY
- I completed a combined residency in both internal medicine and pediatrics and then a fellowship in adult rheumatology with additional pediatric rheumatology training. With this background I created an adolescent and young adult rheumatology clinic at Penn and have expertise in caring for patients transitioning from pediatric to adult rheumatologic care.

MEDICAL EDUCATION
- Well known by learners of all levels at the University of Pennsylvania as an impactful educator.
- Recipient of 2025 Blockley-Osler Award, a clinical teaching award granted to one of over 3400 Penn faculty each year
- Two-time recipient of Penn Pearls Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching, granted yearly to about 5 faculty at the School of Medicine (once received, awardee is ineligible to receive the award for the next 3 years).
- Appointed as a Measey Faculty Member for over 10 years, a competitive teaching position held by 6 faculty members in the Department of Internal Medicine each year.
