Description of Research Expertise
My research currently focuses on adoptive T cell transfer, specifically the development of chimeric antigen receptor CAR T cells for use in solid tumors. The major areas of my interest have been augmentation of CAR T cells anti-tumor immune effects by optimizing CAR design, targeting the tumor microenvironment, improving T cell trafficking, and preventing T cell exhaustion.Selected Publications
