1. Improving Echocardiography Curriculum for General Cardiology Fellows at OHSU Hospitals Initiative to streamline the curriculum during echocardiography clinical rotation at OHSU for general cardiology fellows with aim to improve preparation for NBE Echo Board exams.2. Improving Paging and Communication Culture at OHSU Hospitals -OHSU Multidisciplinary group from nursing, residents, clinical faculty, pharmacy, communications, and hospital leadership created to improve the paging and communication culture at OHSU Hospitals. Created a standard format of paging templates to be used across entire health system. -Poster presentation at OHSU Nursing Week, April 2021 -Received 2021 OHSU Professional Board Award for “Outstanding Contribution in Clinical Quality & Systems Based Care”
