Description of Research Expertise
Jay S. Wright is a radiochemist focused on the development of innovative labeling strategies for both imaging and therapy. His expertise spans carbon-11 and fluorine-18 chemistry for the synthesis of high-molar-activity PET tracers, including new fluorine-18 and carbon-11 labeling methodologies, as well as radiotherapeutic applications of halogen radionuclides such as astatine-211 and iodine-131 for targeted alpha- and beta-emitter therapy. His work integrates synthetic radiochemistry, mechanistic study, and translational applications to advance precision imaging and radiotheranostics.Selected Publications
