Dr. Xiao is an expert in complex reconstruction of the head and neck. His focus is in treating patients with facial motion disorders or facial paralysis with procedures including nerve repair, nerve transfers, and microneurovascular gracilis free flap reconstruction. His expertise further spans rhinoplasty, cosmetic surgery for the aging face, reconstruction after Mohs skin cancer surgery, and more. He takes care of patients at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Medicine Radnor.
