Description of Clinical Expertise

Dr. Hurford developed and directs the Psychosis Education, Assessment, Care, and Empowerment (PEACE) Program through Horizon House, Inc. She provides expert care to individuals experiencing the first year of psychotic symptoms.

Dr. Hurford's research focuses on measurement of cognition in psychosis, treatment outcomes in early-episode psychosis, interventions to improve functioning in early psychosis, and program evaluation.
