The Penn Implementation Science Institute 2026 (ISI), held June 23rd-26th, is a four-day virtual institute led by Penn faculty with expertise in implementation science and its related topics. The ISI aims to provide participants with the tools to design and execute rigorous implementation science research. Participants will receive an introduction to the foundations of implementation science (i.e., terminology, conceptual models and frameworks, study design), receive an overview of advanced topics such as implementation strategies, sustainability, and implementation science grant writing, and learn how principles of implementation science can be applied to practical implementation efforts. Members of the CFAR community are encouraged to apply and select their affiliation with CFAR when completing the form. You can preregister and apply for a scholarship to attend the event here. If you have any questions, please reach out to ISInstitute@pennmedicine.upenn.edu.
