We provide outstanding clinical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of both common and rare headache and facial pain disorders, including migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, cluster headache, and other complex headache and facial pain conditions. Nationally recognized care and translational research opportunities are available through the Penn Headache and Facial Pain Division, with specialized programs such as the Women’s Headache Program, the Facial Pain Clinic, and the Gender Affirming Headache Clinic. We offer advanced diagnostic procedures, including specialized neuroimaging, and state-of-the-art therapeutic approaches such as infusion treatments, nerve blocks, botox and neuromodulation. Our team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient, while advancing the field through research and education.
