Courtney joined the McKay Orthopaedic Research Lab in September 2014. While obtaining her degree, she volunteered at an animal shelter assisting in the surgery department. Post-graduation, she was a veterinary nurse at a few veterinary hospitals and a farm hand at the Marshak Dairy at the University of Pennsylvania's New Bolton Center. In her free time she enjoys traveling, photography, and exploring Philadelphia.
