Areas of Special Interest
Lauren is very interested in the ethical use of animal models to further scientific research. She is also interested in orthopedic diseases of humans and various animals and is excited to apply her research background and veterinary experience to study IVDD in rabbits this summer. Outside of work, Lauren loves to lift weights, cook and try new recipes, and travel. She has a special place in her heart for large breed dogs and looks forward to owning a Newfie upon graduation from vet school.
