ACE-WS Space in The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania

 We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before your appointment. If you cannot arrive on time, please call our office as soon as possible at 888-722-3497, as you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and photo ID with you. Staff members are required to verify insurance and your demographic information before each visit. 

The ACE-WS Space is located on the first floor of the Dulles building within the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). 
The main entrance is located at 3400 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA 19104

Available Parking Options:

1. Valet Parking (3400 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA 19104) 

• Open 24/7

• Four options to pay for parking:​

  • by texting the number on your ticket​

  • by credit card at the entry/exit point​

  • at pay station located in each elevator lobby​

  • at pay station located in valet waiting area located on P1

To navigate to our space from the main entrance:

•     o    There will be escalators behind the security desk in the lobby. Take the escalator up to the first floor. There are also elevators to the right of the security desk if needed.
      o    Once you reach the first floor, turn right and walk to the end of the hallway, past the gift shop.  
      o    Turn left and continue down this hallway until you find ACE-WS sign. It will be on your left next to the Dulles elevators. 

2. The Pavilion Parking Garage (1 Convention Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104)

• Garage hours: 24 hours
• Garage rates: Patients and visitors can park for free for up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, patients pay $7 for up to 3 hours, $10 for 3 to 7 hours, or $11 from 7 to 24 hours. Visitors pay $13 for up to 3 hours, $18 for 3 to 7 hours, or $20 from 7 to 24 hours.
