For those seeking a Williams syndrome diagnosis

Genetic testing is the only way to confirm a Williams syndrome diagnosis. The most common tests used are FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization) test and chromosomal microarray.

For those with a Williams syndrome diagnosis

• Please complete our Clinic Planning Intake Form and ensure all your medical records have been sent to our team. 
• Once the intake is completed and we have all your medical records, our team will review your case and one of our program coordinators will get back to you with next steps. 

For pediatric patients: 

• If you anticipate the need for Child Life Services, please let us know so we can help coordinate. 
• If you are an international patient, we will loop in the CHOP Department of Global Medicine.  

At this time, all new patients are required to come in-person for care.
