Uploading to myPennMedicine

To upload forms, photos, and documents please log in to your myPennMedicine account and follow these steps:  

  • Click "Messages" in the home menu. 

  • On the Message Center page, click the green box that says, "Send a message."

  • A menu will appear asking What would you like to do? Select "Contact Your Care Team."

  • A new page appears with a Messaging Disclaimer. Read the disclaimer and then click the "Next." 

  • A menu will populate asking What type of medical question? Select "Attach Document/Photo: Specify document type in subject." 

  • Select the provider/department you would like to route your message to. 

  • Once you select a provider, a new page will appear. Add a subject that specifies the type of document you are sending (i.e. "EKG Results"

  • Type a message to your provider/department. 

  •  Attach a file by clicking on the paper clip at the bottom of the message box and select the file you want to send. 

  • Once your message is typed and the file is attached, click "Send."
