Williams Syndrome Through the Decades featuring Dr. Marty Levinson

Dr. Marty Levinson is a pediatrician in suburban Detroit.  His son, Josh, age 44 with WS, forced him to develop expertise in medical care of WS patients. Dr. Levinson has been actively involved with the WSA since its inception and typically sees a WS patient every week in his practice of medicine. He will be joined by his son at a presentation about his personal and professional odyssey dealing with WS from a time there was no definitive diagnosis, a paucity of information and limitations in interventions to the present, including thinking out of the box to create a meaningful life for his son and his entire family. He will also address the basic medical issues in managing patients of all ages with WS.
