Description of Other Expertise

As listed on the PSOM Office of Pre-Medical Enrichment and Experiences Website

Welcome, from Dr. Kristyn Smith
“See one, do one, teach one”—an age-old adage in medicine that captures the heart of hands-on learning. But how can you do what you’ve never seen? That’s where the Perelman School of Medicine’s Office for Pre-medical Enrichment and Experiences steps in. We open doors to the world of medicine, offering high school and undergraduate students real opportunities to explore, experience, and envision their future in healthcare, with an emphasis on opportunities for all students to see themselves as physicians.
