At OER, we believe that science is worth sharing.
Our goals are to work across Departments and Centers/Institutes to:

Increase the opportunity and sustainability of Departments, Centers, and Institutes to engage in outreach.

Provide a centralized effort to support all stakeholders interested in teaching and mentoring to effectively implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and promote job competitiveness.

Support a STEM pathway for college and workforce development for our city youth.
