Research Interests
I'm interested in understanding biological mechanisms at the molecular level - particularly autophagy, aging and epigenetic regulation. Additionally, I’m curious about how lifestyle factors like exercise and diet impact human health and disease prevention, and I’m interested in developing tools to personalize wellness interventions.
