I am committed to advancing innovative research on ACL injury prevention and recovery in female athletes, who are up to six times more likely to sustain these injuries than males. My goal is to translate research into practical solutions that improve outcomes. Beyond the lab, I love being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
