Outstanding Bills

All outstanding University of Pennsylvania bills, including library fines, emergency loans, etc., must be paid before graduation.

Students should settle outstanding bills directly with the Bursar’s Office. All financial obligations must be cleared by April 1, or your diploma cannot be released.
